Timba Return & Replacement Policy
At Timba, we take pride in crafting each wooden fitness tool by hand. Because every piece of wood is one-of-a-kind, slight variations in grain, color, and texture are part of its natural beauty. To help you get the most out of your purchase, and to ensure fairness for everyone, here’s our straightforward return and replacement policy.
Customer Care & Responsibility
Proper Use: Our wooden clubs, maces, and boards are designed for fitness use only. Avoid dropping them onto hard surfaces, leaving them outdoors in extreme weather, or exposing them to chemicals or excessive moisture.
Maintenance: We recommend periodically applying a oil to keep the wood nourished and prevent drying or cracking. Wipe off any sweat or moisture after each workout.
Transit Damage
If your order arrives with any damage caused during shipping (e.g., broken handles, major dents, or splits), please let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing move@timba.fit with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Resolution:
- We’ll arrange a free replacement shipment of the same item, OR
- Issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) if a replacement isn’t possible.
90-Day Crack Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you notice a major crack that affects the structural integrity of your Timba tool within 90 days of purchase, simply:
1. Email move@timba.fit with your order details
2. Include clear photos showing the crack
Resolution:
- We’ll send you a replacement tool at no extra cost, OR
- Offer a full refund (including shipping).
What’s Not Covered
- Cosmetic Changes: Small hairline cracks, natural knots, color variations, or surface scratches that do not impair function are not eligible for return.
- Improper Use: Damage resulting from misuse, dropping on hard surfaces, outdoor exposure without protection, or neglect (e.g., failure to oil the wood) is not covered.
- Beyond 90 Days: Claims for major cracks submitted after 90 days of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
1. Contact our support team at swing@timba.fit within the relevant timeframe.
2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.
3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps and a prepaid shipping label if returning the item.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (or upon approval for a damaged-in-transit or 90-day replacement).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
