Where We Ship

We currently ship worldwide, with special care taken to package our handcrafted wooden fitness tools for safe transit.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days post order confirmation. In case of any long festival led holidays or raw material shortage led challenges, there may be un predictable delays. In such scenarios, we will proactively keep you updated.

Shipping Time

• Domestic Orders
o India: 5-8 Days depending on the PIN Code.
o Singapore: Next Business Day for locally available products.
o Indonesia: (Jakarta) Next Business Day for locally available products.
• International Orders: 14-21 business days, depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

Please note that customs processes can occasionally cause additional delays, which are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

On India side, we always factor such charges into our costing and thus there will be no additional fee to you.

There may be customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. In case applicable, these charges can be cleared by you directly.

Packaging

Our handcrafted wooden fitness tools are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
