I’m a certified yoga coach (AYUSH) and a Balanced Body Pilates instructor with a deep love for movement and strength. I’ve trained in Mat Pilates and Pre & Post Natal Yoga from Param Yoga Institute, and I truly believe in blending mindful practices with physical resilience.
In 2024, I won a gold medal at the district level and a silver at the state level in powerlifting, a journey that taught me the power of discipline and inner strength. I also love using traditional tools like the Mudgar to enhance mobility and add resistance to yoga flows.

I'm Preeti Acharya, an ex-software engineer who left the tech world in 2016 to follow my passion for movement and teach yoga full-time, with formal training in Ashtanga Yoga.
Inspired by my teacher, I began exploring diverse disciplines like Animal Flow, Taekwondo, Mugdar, and rock climbing, each enriching my understanding of strength and mobility. This journey shaped my approach to athletic training, blending traditional practices with modern movement.
Today, I work as a mobility coach for athletes, integrating these elements to build resilient, high-performing bodies.

I'm a 21yrs old trainer with 3yrs of professional experience. What started as a personal journey, quickly grew into passion for movement and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Along with traditional strength training, I incorporate indian clubs and mugdar into my training. While exploring activities like rock climbing, slackline and Mugdar, the benefits of mugdar and the accessibility drew me closer to these tools.
I proceeded to do my certification in indian clubs and mugdar with Timba, which deepened my understanding of these tools.
